Brilliant from start to finish.
We have been using Stacatruc since 2018 and the aftersales service has always been great.
After obtaining another contract we were required to add another truck to our fleet and for the above reason we obviously wanted to stay with them.
Luckily for us they had the correct truck in stock and the experience with our salesman Jon Monteath was flawless.
The truck was delivered on time and although it was a refurbished truck it looked nothing but brand new.
We are all thoroughly impressed and can do nothing but recommend Jon and the Stacatruc team!

Excellent all round
Dealing with Chris at Stacatruc was a great experience. Sourcing the perfect truck for our awkward space was not an easy task, but he took to it with all the enthusiasm and assurances we could hope for. I had no doubt that after all his hard work he would deliver on his pledge to find the best forklift for us - and he delivered!
I would thoroughly recommend Chris and Stacatruc to anyone looking for a forklift, particularly if they have has many constraints as we face.

Had a technician attend site to fix a mid level picker. Unfortunately there is more work required to get the machine up and running but the technician got a member of the team, took them over to the machine and fully explained the work done and work required still. So very happy as although it’s not working we are fully aware of what’s going on so we can plan accordingly.

Engineers are great - Sales team are VERY pushy
The engineer that came out to service our truck was amazing, but the back office staff are very pushy. We asked for a quote for some repairs and are now being chased repeatedly every day by multiple people, even when we said we'd be in touch.

It is a shame that on investigation we found that unfortunately you had been chased by our 'Parts' team and not our 'Sales' team as they were proactively trying to help get your truck back in working order as soon as possible. I believe one of our MD's Phill, has taken the time to call you and apologise personally and has implemented training and measures to make sure that this doesn't happen again. As we do not want our customers to feel like this going forward.
