Absolute scam. I feel so stupid falling for their beautiful photos. Never received the order I made and paid for almost 2 years ago.

Still waiting for a set of pans we paid over £300 for in November 2023! Absolute scam, no refund, no response, still no pans. DO NOT BUY

An actual scam! The original website now states that they've been purchased by an "ecommerce" company (no name) that will relaunch their brand. DO NOT BUY! This is a legit scam. I'm out nearly $200.|

My purchase was in December 2023... It's been over a year and they haven't responded in anyway. Not even an auto reply.

Never got my order, they refuse to respond or refund

I placed an order last November and had plenty of excuses why I had not received the pans now the email no longer exists. A scam site - lost £149.

I ordered in December 2023, cancelled in June 2024 and still today (August 2024) NO REFUND. They are crooks

Stack Em is a FRAUD! I placed an order Dec 13, 2023. I hadn’t received it by March 2024 so I emailed the company, and received a generic response stating the “overwhelming orders” they were dealing with at Christmas. So I waited, May 2024 came and I reached out again, received the SAME response email. I reached out this morning Aug 6,2024 - I have now received a bounce back email stating that:

Your message wasn't delivered to [hello @ stackem . com] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Order goods in November 2023. Never received the products - number of emails, exchanged, keep promising 2 week of a month, from February to July. Just tried to email and the email address bounced back! Soooooo disappointed!

Ordered in October 2023 - never received products even though they would say “wait till the end of the month” every month. Finally asked for a refund April 2024 and still haven’t seen the refund even though they said give us 24hrs. It’s now almost August 2024. This company is a scam.

Sadly i fell for this scam as they were never delivered albeit with lots of chasing and them coming back saying they had a backlog
Shame on them

It is a massive fraud perpetrated by thieves, and a few lawyers have been hired to obtain my refund.

I can only suggest you to do the same !!!!!!

I have been awaiting my order for approximately nine months and have consistently received the same blah blah. It is not acceptable !!!

I ordered a set of stainless steel cookware back in January . It has been six months and all I get is false hope. They have someone (could just be AI) named Alwin, customer service, keep promising a shipment date and then delayed every single time. These people are scums. I’m hoping there will be a class action lawsuit against them. I’ve commented on their social media and they deleted all my comments and blocked me. They are still accepting orders and scamming people’s money. Did anyone report them on better business bureau?

Clearly a scam! I placed an order for the complete set in November 2023, initially they responded with a video of the stock room saying that they had taken too many orders and were struggling to fulfill them all and B my shipment will be shipped late March nothing came in March they then said late April then they just stopped replying to my emails still nothing and it’s the end of June 2024

I placed an order in March and still not received the frying pan (end of June) nor have I got a refund despite repeated requests. In my opinion it is a scam.

I ordered cookware from this company in November 2023, I have still not received a product, nor a refund, and it's currently end of July 2024. Initially they responded to my emails saying they had taken too many orders, and that they needed more time to fulfill them. They stopped replying to my emails in the end of April.

I placed an order in December for a complete set of pots pans and utensils. It's been 7 months with no shipping info or order updates. Reached out multiple times to get info with no response or they say order will be shipping soon. It's June still no response and can't get refund or contact anyone. $400 done the drain! Total scam.

Not sure why I’m writing this as everyone has addressed the issue already. Ordered 5 months ago. Delivery gets pushed back - supposedly supply issues. If you are this bad at doing business, you should not be in it. Do not order - you will pay money and won’t receive the product. A real shame though as it looked great…

This company is a pure scam. Ordered January 24, delivery was pushed out several times, after a few months I cancelled.
Refund brought up a "technical issue", is supposed to be fixed, but after 3 more months, still nothing, and no refund.

Would give less if I could. It’s a scam. Ordered back in November and strung along that the order would be dispatched. It’s now May and still no order or the refund requested in April. Not sure how they are still live with a website and skill conning customers.
