Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. The boxes are exactly as advertised, strong and sturdy. They did smell a little when they arrived, leaving them outside for a couple of days resolved that, I didn't find it a problem. If I need any more in the future you will be tge first place I look.

Excellent customer service

Stack industrial is an excellent company and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would definitely buy from them again.

The storage box I wanted was an unusual size which I couldn’t get locally. I searched online for a box with the external measurements I needed.

To be sure I decided to get the internal measurements as well so I emailed the company. Had a quick reply asking me for my mobile number to speak to me personally. I spoke to a representative (Will I think) who was very pleasant, helpful and professional and gave me the information I needed.

Because of the fact I only ordered one box the delivery charge was nearly as much as the box but it was worth it as I ordered the box on the Friday and received it on the Monday - earlier than it was expected.

I am really pleased with the quality of the storage box. It is a very sturdy, heavy duty box which is perfect for what I want it for.

Great buying experience overall.
Would definitely recommend Stack Industrial.
