I moved from Sweden to the UK. SBK Moving offered an excellent quality of service: fast, professional, good price, and very friendly staff. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

We sold our summer house in Sweden and needed a few pieces of furniture moved to London. After contacting SBK the furniture got picked up by two friendly, efficient men and same experience in London upon receipt of the goods. Both times the communication from the vans were excellent, when to expect them etc. I have no hesitation in recommending this very efficient and reasonably priced company. Ulla Gottlieb

I'm very happy with the move with SBK: efficient communication, quick response & schedule, fast and productive on the moving day. Everything went smoothly. They made the moving much easier than otherwise.

We moved from Sweden to the UK in June 2020 but could only bring half of our belongings. Summer 2021 we had the remaining half moved by SBK. Due to travel restrictions we weren’t able to go back to Sweden so my brother very kindly supervised the packing. He couldn’t praise the guys enough. His feedback to me was that they were really friendly and super efficient. When it came to delivering our belongings to us in the UK, I cannot fault Erik and Niklas. They were brilliant and kept me up to date of their whereabouts and estimated arrival time. Our boxes, furniture and various bits and pieces were unloaded in a very friendly and professional manner. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend SBK.

Shipment was received and everything was intact. The driver offered to help me unpack, but i didn't need that service. He put all the boxes in the correct place in the apartment. Got notice of every step of the way, when it arrived to sweden, when it was cleared in customs, when it had arrived at distribution point and the day before it was supposed to be deliverd they contacted me to set up the time.

The arrangement of the move was excellent. I was short on time before the flight, but SBK set up perfect pick up time and helped me to move my belongings safely and efficiently.

We started out with Offerta to get quotes for our move from Stockholm to Sydney, and out of the few we got, SBK provided not only a reasonable price, but adequate information about the whole process.
There was a constant stream of informative emails along the way, the guys that came to pack our belongings were nice, professional and quick.
The move door to door went quicker than expected, exactly 3 months.
SBK’s partner in Sydney were just as great with information and professionalism with handling our shipment.

Absolutely reliable and professional. Even during the pandemic, moving our furniture from a storage room in Denmark to our flat in Sweden was no problem, even though we could not be present in Denmark.

Not very professional in their communication. They responded to a request I put out on offerta.se in April but then faffed and ran down the clock for a month.
On May 31st, with 1.5 weeks ahead of the move they finally concluded they couldn’t help, suggesting I should have asked a month in advance. That was 32 days after our first email.. Really glad I had asked another company in parallell!

My family and I just used SBK for a move from London to Sweden. In short, the experience was great. The proposal from Marcus in the booking office was competitive and even perhaps slightly below the competition. The move took place within weeks of Brexit and despite that, they nevery waivered on what they could do or the cost of the service. The move itself was very smooth. Erik and Niklas took instructions by remote and packed everything flawlessly. Things arrived in good order and we have not found any damages save for a wine glass which I can do sitting down. The packing was exceptionally thorough. I also have to mention that Niklas and Erik were very friendly and communicative. I hope we don’t move again, but if we do, we will call SBK.

From first contact a very professional company that made an accurate measurement of my household goods and gave me a fair price. All the staff involved in moving were true professionals that handled the move quickly and safely. From packing down to unpacking, I have nothing bad to say. They even went the extra mile to get my furniture in place at my new apartment.

For me everything was good and in time. I had to change dates twice due to Corona. No problem. Very flexible, efficient and timely service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been moving a lot during our 32 years of married life. This move, from Uppsala, Sweden to Tavira, Portugal was our 14th move... and it was the BEST ever!

The guys in Uppsala who did the packing, the guys who did the transport and the unloading of all of our furniture and our boxes, including Tobias at the office who handled all of our questions through covid-19 and all - ALL of them real proffessionals!

We can recommend SBK to anyone moving in Europe.

I would advise anyone to avoid this moving company - we have had a terrible experience, which has not yet ended since they are holding our car hostage (!!) for a month now, in order to make us pay extra money.
We hired them to move our belongings and our car from Sweden (Malmö) to France. The price was based on the volume of the goods which we measured carefully, and therefore know took up no more then 26 m3. We paid everything in advance, as they requested (invoice for 84 675 SEK). Once they had taken our stuff in their truck and driven away they slammed us with an extra invoice of 37 400 SEK falsely claiming that our goods took up 38 m3 "in the truck". The owner and CEO of the company even called us twice and demanded that we pay immediately, otherwise they will refuse to unload our property.
We, of course, contested the additional surprise-invoice. As a result this moving company is now holding our car hostage (a quite new car which we paid 130 000 SEK for), demanding that we pay or else the car will be sold to cover their demands!
We are completely shocked that any moving company can operate in such a way - and now we have found on the internet that this is not the first time that Stadsbudskontoret/SBK Moving/Globus (one company/owner, but many names) acts in such a underhanded way. From other people's comments on the web I can see that coming up with a surprise last-minute extra invoice and baseless doubling of the volume to get more money is a procedure regularly practiced by this highly questionable company.
