I booked appointment with them not knowing where I got myself into- I had to cancel the same day I booked appointment and so I called them and send email. They didn't let me to cancel denying my patient right to it. Then they began threaten with factuur of 150 Eur. I told them to send factuur to my email and I will report them to Dutch police for possible abuse. So they stopped communication and after couple of weeks they send my personal details to some private company Debiteur Payq. They again started to threaten to me I will not pay. I told them that no actual document the factuur of 150 EUR of payment request was sent to me, only emails with no bank details. They provided with their company details to pay for them and with no fault of mine, again started threaten before sending me those bank details. Stads kliniek avoided to send me factuur and Debiteur Payq send me only their bank details with threats. I will sue them for sure. Please do not use them and do not give them your personal details like BSN or so, if they desperate money for imagine what they do with your personal details. Its fraudulent clinic I am afraid for my personal information leakage. They should not carry medical clinic name what's so ever.
