We booked on stadtrundfahrt.com for a hop on hop off tour of Köln. The transaction was successfully made- I have never received the tickets. I've sent an email and talked to the bus driver- no answer, no contact person given and we couldn't aboard. It is a shame- we are really disappointed! They could've at least reimbursed my tickets!
