Superb service in spite of postal difficulties.
It was obvious that my order was lost in the post . After 8 days I received a personal phone call from Steve Lewis asking me if I had received my order.
I had not.
Steve was upset by this so he agreed to make me another badge and send it out by express post.
I wanted to wear the badge at Crufts because I am managing a stand for a National charity called Pets As Therapy.
Steve was as good as his word and the replacement badge was delivered in time for Crufts.
A superb, personal service I am happy to recommend.
