Beautiful furniture

Beautiful furniture. Yes, the lead time was around 10-12 weeks but I was aware of this when I ordered and Jacob kept me informed throughout. Well worth the wait, thank you

Fantastic experience, high quality product

I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had with this company. I'd been let down by another large company (still waiting for my refund from them!) when I came across this page on Instagram. I was suspicious that delivery times were so quick so I messaged them on Instagram and received a really quick reply. I made the order on 5th July and wasn't expecting my delivery until 29th July but I got a text on the 16th to say it would be delivered the next day, 10 days early! We are so happy with the product, it is so high quality, the cushions are well made and really padded and we love it!

I know you have your furniture now and I am so sorry we had to wait so long for the garden furniture to arrive. The delays were so frustrating for me as there is nothing worse than starting a day knowing you're going to be letting customers down and tell them they had to wait a longer for their order. I have my fingers crossed that all of these delays are behind us. Hope you and Nick are loving the furniture.

RATTAN GRDEN FURNITURE “Rio”

I ordered the “Rio” rattan furniture and I am really pleased with the product. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is that it was 10 days late from the date I had been given. However, I was constantly in touch with Jacob ( I even emailed him with questions before I purchased) who always replied to my emails and I think at the end of the day in the current circumstances the delays are out of his control. He has been very helpful throughout and his customer service excellent. The furniture is of a very high standard and comes very well packed when delivered with all safety and care labels. We haven’t got a large patio and the Rio suits us perfectly with its many different arrangement combinations. All in all GREAT and I would definitely recommend this company and product.

Still waiting for the furniture I…

I give this company 3 stars - in the end I had to cancel my order receiving an immediate full refund. Due to circumstances out of Jacob’s control my furniture delivery was continually being moved back and in the end I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer. I’m sure I would have been very happy with my purchase had it arrived on time, but sadly it wasn’t to be and I’ve since gone elsewhere.

What a beautiful sofa

What a beautiful sofa! So comfy and looks amazing on our new patio. Although we were effected by delays in international shipping due to Covid it was definitely worth the wait. The product is great quality and the service from Jacob exceptional. We always had prompt and friendly replies to emails. The delivery company were also brilliant giving us live updates on delivery and very helpful on arrival. Altogether we are very happy customers! Thanks Jacob and team!!

Tuscany Corner Sofa

Yes there was a delay in the furniture being delivered due to Covid and manufacturing, but so glad I waited and didn’t cancel the order…..it’s gorgeous!
Any emails I sent for updates were dealt with quickly and in a very friendly manner.
Great delivery firm that the company use, and was kept updated regularly and great that it was easy to track online when my delivery would be.
Jacob, it has been a pleasure doing business with you!
Now where’s the sun…….😊

Garden furniture

I ordered garden furniture from this company.
I am delighted with the purchase which was delivered early.
The furniture is really top class and delivery to Northern Ireland at a very small charge was a great benefit!
Would definitely recommend this company.

Worth the wait!

We have ordered rattan garden set in April, and it finally arrived. The set was nicely packed and looks particularly decent quality, but of course - only the time will tell. Couple of times had to chase for the delivery updates, but always received replies within acceptable timescale and this is understandable during covid restrictions. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would recommend them if you are willing to wait a little longer for your perfect furniture.

So disappointed

So disappointed! Garden sofa set was supposed to arrive end of may, a small table arrived but no sofa, so I emailed. Eventually someone named Jacob got back to me, he believed it had been delivered. Long story short they claimed to resend another set, still waiting and now I can’t get hold of anyone. Not answering emails, fb messages or Instagram, I even tried WhatsApp. Their phone lines are obviously off the hook as they’re always engaged. I now just want my money back as I don’t trust them. This is my last resort!! Could someone please get in touch with me 😡

Hi Louise,

I have answered all of your emails within 48 hours, a parcel went missing with DPD and as always we have to let them to complete an investigation to why it has gone missing or if it turns up. DPD informed us that they had lost the parcel so we have arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Unfortunately as the set you ordered has been so popular this year that stock is not going to be available until the 11th July. I have communicated this to you several times over email but you then send an asking someone to get back to you regarding your furniture although in the email I have got back to you and updated you? If you could please have a look at the email thread and get back to me that would be great. As I don't want you or any other customer having a poor experience.

Just received my new garden furniture

Just received my new garden furniture, within the timeframe as stated when purchasing. Unfortunately had to pay for delivery as live in the North East of Scotland. This said, the furniture was still nearly £400 cheaper compared to another well known internet site. Also the other internet site was quoting 6 week delivery, whereas Stafford Furniture delivered within 2 weeks. Really pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the service received.

Great customer service. Some small delays in delivery, but what company importing goods from abroad isn’t experiencing that at the moment?

Great quality product!

The supply chain in these Covid times is pretty awful to say the least. We were kept in the loop at all times and today our gaden furniture arrived. The quality of the proudct is subperb and the bonus of not having to put it together, thank you.

Customer service has been good

Customer service has been good. They have responded fairly quickly too all my enquiry’s but we ordered a set which in of its self took a month to arrive. When it arrived it had parts missing so we had to wait a month on top again for replacements and when we got the missing parts the furniture was damaged and unusable. So again we had to get another set brought to us which is taking another month!

Emails got responded too working 24 hours though. So customer service is good

Hi Sharna,

Thank you for the comments and I agree the time to get replacement parts out is currently too long. This is due to the fact they have to come directly from the manufacturer. In normal circumstances these are sent out much quicker but due to international shipping delays we're seeing a considerable delay. Hopefully this will change as the world starts going back to normal.

If you do need anything in the future please give me a email and you know I will get back to you as quickly as I possibly can.

For reference to other customers the order was for our Barcelona indoor furniture not our garden furniture.
