Great service. Speedy responses via email when pre booking a taxi. On the day the taxi arrived as planned & the driver was very friendly.

Booked in advance for a return journey… Stafford to Ashbourne. Everything was perfect. Arrived bang on time, fantastic communication and really friendly drivers.

Excellent experience. I had never used this company but needed to get from Stafford to the middle of Shropshire. I live abroad so initially made contact with Stafford taxis by email, then the driver messaged to confirm where he would meet me. I was able to get an earlier train which the driver was fine about. He was waiting where he said he would be. Spotlessly clean car. Nice, intelligent conversation for 40 minutes. I was very pleased.

Top driver. really helpful, given my delays on the trains.
Driver texted me to confirm everything, which gives you confidence.
Also driver was excellent company on the drive

Booked a taxi online and thought it would just turn up at the time. However I was given a courtesy text the evening before to confirm all the details were correct, which they were. The driver turned up 5 mins early and helped with our baggage. He was polite and courteous the whole journey, we cannot fault the service at all

Ali really saved our evening! Tried 3 taxi firms and struggling to get a taxi home, we gave Stafford Taxis a call. He said they were really busy but he would make sure we had a lift home late after a wedding. Texted to let us know he was on his way, was very friendly and courteous and made sure we got home safe. Wouldn't hesitate to use Stafford Taxis again after this experience.

Excellent service , on time and quality service

Taxi pre-booked on the 19th of May for a 23:30 pick up on the 21st of May. No taxi was forthcoming and the phone at the control office remained unanswered. A complete disgrace.

Surprisingly, one of the best taxi service in stafford anytime, anywhere.. on-time, polite, take cares of their passengers…
They have never said No for my bookings though it was after a midnight and out of town to Rugeley whereas no other taxis would even try to response your call.

Worst taxi service I have ever used, pre ordered before lunch for that eve, cancelled 5 minutes before collection rang twice told I will receive a call back ASAP, clearly bulls**t. Recommend you don't use. The worst ever!
