Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Approached this company to learn about their logistics and delivery providers and see if I could provide a better service which would allow their company to better fulfil their orders at a reduced cost in what are challenging times.
I've dealt with a wide range of people in my life, from all walks of life and a diverse range of professions but I've genuinely never been laughed at for simply asking who I need to speak to on their end and being hung up on after nothing more than the words "Royal Mail".
I wouldn't deal with them following that phone call anyway but there is no requirement in this world for anyone to be that rude and pig headed.
Curious as to how they generate or maintain custom really.
