My order still hasn’t turned up, it’s now been nine days since I ordered it and six days since I received an email to say my order was on its way. Tried to use the live chat and have also emailed for a refund but no answer as of yet.

I paid £10 for next day delivery and 3 days later it still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed the customer service email and they haven’t replied to me either, in my opinion this is not good customer service and if the parcel doesn’t arrive in the next few days I will be demanding a full refund and making a formal complaint.

Leprechaun outfit
My only issue with the leprechaun outfit was the white shirt underneath the jacket wasn't long enough.
Bar that, everything else was just what I required.
