I’ve been using stagecoach for the past 20 years and I’m sure when I was 5 I could still tell you something bad about this company .. Northampton especially.. whiles the bus 16 people bear in mind 70/80 year olds sat waiting they all want to talk and catch up in the cafe .. good one

Shocking X4 service

caught 3 buses between weldon and corby over the weekend,2 buses never turned up despite the updated app saying they were running 5,10,15 minutes late and the 3rd bus turned up but was 20 minutes late.
A disasterous service.Stagecoach you should be ashamed. Think of the damage you are doing to your customers some who may miss important appointments!

Stagecoach . Run by cowboys !!!

Once again stagecoach have surpassed themselves with their absolute third world bus "service". Another hospital appointment missed, thanks to their shabby service. A friend of the family started with them,and has been in "training" for three months. (Be quicker getting a pilots licence).
How, when it takes so long to train drivers.Can they not find their way to Milton of leys Inverness. No wonder people choose to drive and refuse to ignore the governments advice to hop on a bus and save the planet.(What utter rubbish).
I for one am going to invest in a gas guzzling car until such time as the council in Inverness pull their heads out of the sand and bring in competition for this shambles of a company.
Pretty aptly named by the way. Stagecoach (bunch of cowboys).

Buses frequently late or don't turn up!

Frequently have late buses, or buses that straight up never turn up.
App doesn't track properly, these missing buses sometimes just disappear from the app or suddenly stop tracking.

I am going to also call out the M1 bus service in Lincoln. Having had my original bus go missing, I waited for that. Saw it coming, put my arm out. They drove straight on by. Even though it should have stopped at my stop.

Unreliable, poor third world service. Use your car!

Companies that should be banned from providing public services. Number 462: Stagecoach Bus

Service area: Cheltenham and Gloucester

It's unreliable. My daughter started school last week. Every single day she has had at least one bus cancelled on her journey. Sometimes both outward and return.

This means she is waiting at the bus stop. On her own for far longer than she needs to. She is 11 years old. She needs to get to school. She needs to come home.

If Stagecoach cannot provide a service then I will be after a refund of her bus pass and I will drive her.

The UK is one of the world's biggest economies. Yet has a bus service that is worse than third world. It's shocking.

It's yet another example of a company putting it's own profits before providing a service. Keep doing that and they won't have much of a profit to focus on as hopefully their contracts get terminated.

I've given this dreadful company

I've given this dreadful company, one star and that was begrudgingly.

I boarded a Stagecoach North East Bus today, No 27253 at approximately 3.15pm.

I gave my fare in change and the driver studied one of the coins and refused to take it, even though it was an English coin. I did not say anything but merely offered my card instead.
He replied that he'd already issued the ticket but I stated that I didn't have any more coins.

He proceeded to let out a huge sigh and roll his eyes at me.

I said "As customers, we are constantly told to respect the drivers but it is rarely reciprocated."

He began pointing his finger at me and verbally abusing me.

He said he had me on CCTV and audio recording and I replied, "Good, then it can be clearly seen who has been rude".

He made a personal remark about my gender and I called him a Misogynist Bully.

I said that he had been rude and I did not owe him any courtesy. He called me rude and obnoxious.

I sat down and he continued to shout at me.

I ignored him.

I have lost count of the times that a male, fifty something bus driver, has been abusive towards me. These Men are disgusting. They get their gratification, from bullying women.

I know that Stagecoach will not respond to this review, because they are ignorant, inept and treat their customers, with disdain.

I am thankful that my car is now fixed and I don't have to use this vile company again. I'd rather walk, than get on another Stagecoach Bus.

Buses in Northampton constantly cancelled and unreliable.

Contacted my MP. Stagecoach should have their license revoked and handed to a company that isn't absolutely useless. Honestly embarrassing, shameless company.

My sister and I were ignored by the…

My sister and I were ignored by the driver of the 68 bus to Preston last night ( Thursday 4th sept) at 9.45 pm. We were stood at the bus stop on Warton road Lytham outside the Great Birchwood Holiday Village and he just sailed passed even though I was holding out my hand !!!! We are two older ladies and felt very let down and vulnerable at that time of night. Not happy !!!!!!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE. AWEFUL MANAGEMENT. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY. PAY FOR WHAT? TO WAIT FOR BUSES THAT DO NOT TURN UP, OR TURN UP WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SPACE FOR PEOPLE WAITING TO BOARD. NOT ONLY THAT ITS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. DO THE CLEANING CREW ACTUALLY CLEAN OR DOES STAGECOACH JUST NOT HAVE A CLEANING CREW FORKING SCAMMERS.
