if i could do 0 starts i would… bus…

if i could do 0 starts i would… bus driver failed to stop and im heavily pregnant and in a lot of pain and need to get to the hospital (only want if transportation i have is bus at the moment). i finished work rushed to the bus stop and carried on walking even though i was in a lot of pain got to the bus stop before the bus and he failed to stop🤦‍♀️not happy at all

Shockingly bad

Was walking round to catch the bus in Carlisle sure I'd missed it but luckily per usual it was late ,put a little trot on managed to catch it ,only to get a lecture from the even more miserable than normal driver about not running close to a bus lane ....
Got off now waiting on the next one as I've already bought the ticket via the app.

The problem is as we've just seen in Dumfries and Galloway stagecoach feel they have councils by the short and curlies and feel empowered to do and act as they please.

Stagecoach need to go ,won't happen but it should.

Poor lost property service

I left my wallet on a bus to Keswick several weeks ago. Fortunately it was handed in at Kendal Bus Station, and I received an email to say it could be collected from there. I live in London and asked if the wallet could be posted to me, and obviously explained I’d be happy to cover all costs. Two emails later, still no response.

Here I am yet again

Here I am yet again, unable to get home. 33 Ross on Wye bus cancelled AGAIN! Next time I catch it and it’s half an hour late as it usually is, I’ll feel blessed as at least it turned up! It’s a joke, calling yourself a bus service, you don’t provide any level of service!

Atrocious

The 14.10 service 180 from Beverley did not turn up again leaving many stranded passengers at the station with no explanation whatsoever. This isn’t the first time this particular service has failed to arrive! And the buses are usually badly maintained and filthy! Whoever awarded this contract to Stagecoach needs their head examined

Utter incompetence

Good job that people don't rely on this service to get them places 🙄. Bus running stupidly late and information incorrect on the app. How are people supposed to plan when this company is run by idiots who can't get things to work properly!

Caught the last 51 bus today from Louth
Waited as usual in the square I'm louth
The driver said we could not go onn board buy had to walk to the terminal or bus stop at greyhound
When the bus came asked when. The rules changed picking up in Louth square
He did not reply but dais he wanted 25 minutes tea break so he did not want anyone on the bus..
We all. Heard this tirade unhelpful not giving a s×××and we know there is no change to pick ups
With serious health issues not only was this wrong,unhelpful and stressful but not what should be. Helpful norm,,far too aggressive to us and others from our village

Rude and dangerous stagecoach driver

10.25am at Butts Road Exeter to Sidmouth
Myself, wife placed our hands out for the bus to stop. My wife first then me after seeing no indicator on bus. Bus just stopping. My wife said politely 'is anyone getting off'.
In which the driver said RUDELY 'Cant you see'.
No we cannot look round corners and up the stairs.
I said were going upstairs.
Just starting to climb and he drove off prob. Deliberately. My wife stumbled l. The dog fell into me and I shouted at the driver. My wife is not well so I got her upstairs. On bus route to Clyst St Mary he hit the kerb on two occassions. Going past the cat and fiddle he clearly left stranded a man signalling driving straight on.
On complaining they say there will be an internal enquiry but we cant tell you the result!
Stagecoach should have opposition or better replaced.

More dangerous driving from these idiots, they couldn’t even be bothered to give way at a roundabout I was exiting. Completely clueless, dangerous drivers with a company that doesn’t care about safety or complaints.

The Stagecoach app this morning stated…

The Stagecoach app this morning stated at 8:45am that the No. 51 bus from Eastbourne to Tunbridge Wells was cancelled for the whole route with no explanation on their Twitter page, meaning that the 9:15 am bus that I catch every Tuesday and Wednesday from High Cross (just between Mayfield and Rotherfield) on the B2101 would not turn up and so I informed my boss that I would hopefully be on the next bus as long as that was not cancelled. However, when I was in the Kitchen with my Mother, she thought she heard a bus and we agreed it must be the bus for Eastbourne and then noticed it was 9:10 am and so it couldn't be, my Mother checked the app and it said that the so called cancelled bus was going to turn up on 3 minutes, so I went out to wait, then I checked the app whilst waiting to find the bus was already in Rotherfield. To say I wasn't happy was an understatement. Then the next bus was 6 minutes late and the next one to Tunbridge Wells was also cancelled.

Always late

Always late , one time bus driver didnt stop at my stop until 2 stops later and spent 10 mins walking back even though stop button was pressed twice . Appalling wouldnt take this service unless i had to as a person who isnt of age to drive yet . So weird that cant use card for 45 days after it being declined once . Busses need serious improvement and quick.

Awful experience with rude driver

I boarded the bus no 17 reg no SF62CXT and was asked by the driver whether I had a return ticket. I replied that I did not want a return. The ticket machine display was not showing any price, so I simply tapped my bank card. Later, I discovered I had been charged for a return ticket costing £4.30, instead of a single ticket costing £1.50.

Upon leaving the bus, I politely asked the driver for a refund. He insisted that I had asked for a return, which was not true. I tried to explain that I am finishing my shift tomorrow and therefore had no reason to buy a return ticket. He became rude, dismissive, and told me to get off the bus as there was "nothing he could do."

I asked how to file a complaint. He said I had to go to the bus station. When I asked if there was an online process, he refused to answer, closed the doors, and drove me to the next stop. I was clearly wearing my NHS uniform and badge, on my way to work. Because of this incident, I was delayed and experienced stress and embarrassment.

The driver was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

Absolutely rubbish service 904

Absolutely rubbish service. Don't get me wrong the drives to the most are OK ISH as driver's. But the service. 904 Huntingdon to p'boro and back. App never works!! Service is never predictable!! Service sporadic even if you can find an up-to-date timetable. Then try to make contact to see even if there a service clueless!!
It is about time we had a regular timetable let alone a service. Once spent an entire weekend from Fri to Tue trapped in a village with no transport. id give you a pat on the back if it was 1920 donkey cart but to be 100% fair some if the buses provided are not far off!!
Give us at least a somewhat of a predictable service.

The most rude people the you’ll ever find in Britain are stagecoach bus drivers. Arrogant and extremely belligerent. They will look down on you as though you committed a crime for riding the bus. They will repeatedly leave you at the bus stop for no reason. They believe that you need to grovel for them before they can stop for you
