I now have two stage prompters, excellent!

Having had an original W1 prompter, I upgraded to the bigger W4 version due to worsening eyesight on stage; whilst picking up my new equipment I had my old W1 serviced.
The customer service was amazing, very personal attention, and you know Paul Stafford takes pride in his product and service; I cannot rate them too highly.
Thank you for helping an old musician perform on stage, the products are a game changer, and Paul has spares for all his previous equipment which makes the long-term ownership possible, when compared to other products with a short shelf life. Bravo!

It's a great device


It's a great device. I couldn't live without it anymore. Due to my own fault, I had a technical problem. After my email, Paul Stafford called me that evening and the problem was resolved in no time. I love these guys.
