If there was a minus i would have given it terrible customer service very rude and abrupt when asked where the parcel was over 3 weeks later still nothing, had i known it was coming from Greece (not apparent from there website)I wouldnt have ordered from there avoid!!!!
My bolts did arrive, but after 5 weeks and one day. My emails to the company were always replied to, mainly telling me to be patient, and explaining the postage system. However, from the use of their website, I had no idea that the company was based in Greece, and would not have ordered if so. A simple note at checkout saying that these items are sent from Greece and that there were currently delays to UK post-Brexit of up to 5-6 weeks, then the customer's expectation could be managed, and the customer could decide whether it suited their situation. Instead one had to find out the hard way, and was stuck with this after the event. It is what it is. But would be good to know what it is.
Goods never received, doesnt answer e-mails or phone submitted a claim with cc company for a refund.
Had i seen the reviews before ordering i would never ordered but it seems after a quick search many 100's have never recieved there goods.
Avoid like the plague.
After 3 weeks and several e mails no parts have arrived and they do not respond to e mails.
It appears they have taken the money and run.
Fortunately the credit card company is happy to reverse the charges on my credit card.
Don't bother wasting your time with this company
Ordered bolts that were allegedly in stock, after an email he said they had to order them in. Over six weeks later the wrong size bolts were delivered!
NB despite the .co.uk web site, the company is based in Greece.
Took several emails to get him to agree to a refund, he did give a UK address to send them to. After yet another wait due to his friend not telling him they'd arrived he did refund the bolt cost. Refused to refund the post and packing despite them not being what was ordered.
Try Westfield fasteners, they delivered the correct bolts, in days, for half the cost.
Advised payment not received despite it being shown on my credit card. Asked for further payment by bank transfer or cheque but refused to do so and requested order to be cancelled. Case now taken out with credit card company.
Note very bad reviews on other web sites
