We are a stairlift company based in Melksham where we also live. I worked for Stannah for over 20 years before setting up Wiltshire Stairlifts in 2022. My partner came to work with me last year and we enjoy working together to make lives easier. Although we are called Wiltshire Stairlifts we do cross over in to Bath, Bristol and further afield. We try to stay within 90 minutes of Melksham so we are never too far away if one of our customers needs us. We pride ourselves on being friendly, honest and reliable. We know we offer great value for money We can offer both reconditioned and brand new stairlifts. We also offer rental stairlifts which are great if you don't need one for very long. Other services we offer are, repairs to any make or model of stairlift, we have access to all replacement parts. We can service any stairlift, including ones we haven't fitted. We recommend a service is carried out once a year to check the battery health and that all parts are working correctly. We can remove stairlifts and dispose of them correctly.

We approached this company just before Christmas as my father was now struggling with the stairs. They called in (literally the next day) on Thursday 18th December. Naomi went through all the options that were available and gave us some valuable advice. Mark then installed the unit on Monday 22nd December and they did a full demonstration once it was installed. Fabulous.
Fitted in a week from the firm visiting our house. Very quick in installing the stair lift on the day.
