Stairnosingsuk.co.uk; customer service emails ending with "@ems-groupuk.co.uk". Good product, poor customer service. We ordered a stair nosing, which didn't fit (the product description on the website does not specify the thickness of the metal strip), hence, was shipped back to the company. Stairnosings UK refused to refund as original packaging was not intact anymore. We accepted this as a fair argument and asked for the item to be shipped back to us. They did but in a soft packaging. During shipping an item was visibly damaged and lost its value. We asked for a replacement or a part refund. After more than three months of the back and forth emails, all communications stopped, and the company never resolved an issue.
