After placing my order, I changed my mind on the pattern for our new stair spindles and needed time to reconsider. I emailed them and received a response right away. They offered to hold my order until I had decided on the exact parts I needed. As soon as I let them know I was ready to move forward with my order they got shipped out right away.

Great experience with Stairpartsusa.com. They caught that I had ordered 1/2" shoes and 9/16" balusters, so called to confirm and corrected my mistake before shipping.

Good front end experience and price. The product received was also good quality. Did not receive all of the ordered product even though the order and packing slip were correct. After reporting the issue, they are sending the rest of the order. However, they are not overnighting it so I will now have to wait several days which affects me, and my install guys. Certainly they have people verify the shipment against the packing slip and order.

Great prices on their products but I thought the shipping was a little on the higher side. I was charged $77 for shipping and my items weren't that heavy or bulky. At the end of the day I'm still happy and would order from them again because its easier than chasing around to the store. If I could give 4.5 stars I would have just because of the shipping charges.
