Few betting options and unfair bonus sharing
There are very few betting options in the sports section. For example, the 0.5 over option is not available in football matches. In tennis matches, the 7.5 over option is not available either.
None of the daily codes being shared can be claimed. Even though the number of users is increasing, the number of claims is not increasing. I play on two other sites besides Stake and I can claim about $20 worth of codes daily there, but I can’t claim anything on Stake.
On other sites, monthly bonuses have a countdown timer, but on Stake it’s unclear and uncertain.
On the casino side, some users receive subscriptions, but neither I nor many people in the Turkish chat receive anything.
Crypto bonuses and deposit wager bonuses are given to some users twice a week, while I never receive them, and I believe they are not distributed fairly.

System Error Caused Financial Loss – No Fair Resolution by Stake
I am writing this review to highlight a serious issue I faced on Stake, which resulted in financial loss due to a system error at a crucial moment.

Bet ID: 560674435
I placed a multi bet where one selection (SRL match) was already WON. At the same time, my second selection was live and in a strong profit position. The cashout value was already around ₹600 and could have increased up to approximately ₹2500–₹3000 if the match continued in my favor.
However, at this crucial moment, due to a system error, my already winning selection was incorrectly settled as a LOSS. This was later acknowledged by Stake support themselves.
Because of this incorrect settlement:
- My bet status was affected in real time
- I lost the opportunity to cash out and secure profit
- My second match, which was in profit, continued without protection
- I suffered a complete financial loss
Later, Stake corrected the result and marked the selection as a WIN, but by that time it was already too late, as my second match had already lost.
This clearly proves that:
- The issue was caused by a system error (not user fault)
- The error occurred at a critical timing when I could secure profit
- The delayed correction made the fix meaningless
- The system failure directly resulted in financial loss
Despite acknowledging the system error, Stake has refused to take responsibility for the financial impact caused due to this issue.
My concern is not just about bet settlement, but about the loss of cashout opportunity caused by a platform error, which is a serious fairness issue.
I request Stake to:
- Conduct a proper investigation with their senior team
- Review the timing of the system error carefully
- Provide a fair compensation for the financial loss caused
I have all the necessary screenshots and proof showing the exact timing of the error and its impact.
I am still waiting for a fair and responsible resolution.

Stake.com demonstrates utterly deceptive and fraudulent conduct. I deposited 20,000₹ two days ago, yet the funds remain uncredited despite escalation under Enquiry ID RMYPasoT3QvhPeBK. Support now falsely claims the money never arrived and demands I file a pointless bank reversal complaint—knowing full well no bank will process it for a non-fraudulent transfer. This is a blatant attempt to steal customer funds. Credit my account immediately or execute the reversal, you incompetent fraudsters. Avoid this scam platform entirely.
