I made UPI payments for deposits
I use UPI payments for deposits, and the amount was deducted from my bank account; however, even after escalation, Stake claims they did not receive the payment.
These transactions are handled by third-party providers,they may be editing or misreporting bank statements before submitting them to Stake.
Stake advises chargebacks, but in reality UPI reversals or chargebacks are unlikely to work, so the money is effectively lost.
We made these payments to third-party providers only because of Stake, so Stake should take responsibility and either resolve the issue or escalate it to higher officials.My escalation ID: rspcd4UIE_Tdu-b7.
I have filed complaints against the third-party providers with cybercrime and NPCI, but no action has been taken.It is better not to use INR deposits on Stake until this issue is resolved. If this continues, Stake will lose its customer base.
