Good communication, very kindly, was a little misunderstanding couple hours with a other agent but it have been fixed right now :).
This is the 4th time I handled without problems. I dont understand the negative reviews about they are doing things wrong and everything. Sometimes is patience very important, for sure when doing bank transfering, it can take couple minutes/hours or even a day because of the different country.
But this site is 100% legit.
