Great products but TERRIBLE customer…
Great products but TERRIBLE customer service. Part of my order was missing (out of a 70 Eur order, one item of 3 Eur was missing and one of 13, so not much). These are tiny drill bits than can easily go missing so I figured that’s what happened and contacted customer service. I also informed them that I had not received the promotional product kit (free). Paid about 8 Eur for shipping (free on Amazon) but thought I would pay for shipping since I could try the products.
Received reply from customer service they would look into it and review video of the packing of my order. Good, I thought.
No follow up. I reach out to them again and am informed: tough luck. We shipped a complete order. As for the free kit, you should have put it in your basket (it was added automatically btw).
Zero help to the customer. Careless attitude of « customer service manager”. Too bad because products are good but buy from Amazon. Free delivery and great customer service too.
Avoid buying from Staleks directly.
