Call customers aggressive names

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Ordered the Rocky pendant in September 2025 got a Christmas present. Unfortunately I was in hospital when it was delivered. When I contacted the delivery company they informed me it had been returned to the Sly Stallone shop. After many emails chasing this it still hasn’t been delivered. They then, word for word called me a pathological liar in a message from their customer service team. I have all the proof of this and screenshotted everything. So they’ve kept over £200 and still not delivered it. Please be careful when using this site. Also in January this year my colleague ordered a set of shorts and the same thing happened to him. Not received and aggressive responses back from them. We have all the proof required should this go further.

The worst order in my life

The worst order in my life.

I waited so long and always got the answer it’s normal it’s international bla bla bla. Then 2 month are over and I decided to chargeback my money via PayPal and wrote their Instagram page.

The Instagram page was rude and told me what a bad example I would be for my child to be not in a good mood after what happened.

Is this normal? Biggest scam.
