Very bad experience. They(Joshua Serene) will run away with your money. Didn't not help during the investigation though they promised they will,no response for refund. These people take advantage of the loopholes in the systems and earn money and then run away, close the trading, close the company and start the new company with new name and new address.
They can keep on doing the same and the sad part is no one can stop them.

Awful experience. They will take your money and run, breaching their contractual obligation to refund you

Very disgusted with the aftercare, initially was a fantastic service, I asked to speak with Josh Serene told by Ben Lee he is extremely busy, I asked is he busy for 6 months Ben said yes almost amused by this. I had asked if there was anyone more Senior than Josh Serene to go to and was told no. I have emailed and phoned in with no response and now I am left paying back HMRC my share as well as this company's as well as the interest accrued. This whole situation has taken a toll not only on my finances but also my mental and physical health.

Awful been waiting over a year they keep telling me it’s hmrc but when we started the process they said a maximum of 6 months.

I have to continuously call them to get an update and then they give you attitude asking for feedback.

Sadly i can not recommend as would advise not to use this company. We will be starting a legal claim to recover our funds that we kept from HMRC

Ben was open and honest I managed to do what he said.

made a claim , received some of the monies , however £900 still remain outstanding and no explanation to why this is . 9 months have passed , Please do your research before appointing

I dealt solely with Natalie Katz, she was helpful attentive and guiding me through all steps both on the phone and via email. It made for a very simple process.

Dealt with Richard Cohen - great service. Initially I was absolutely dubious in case it was a scam. However, roughly 3 weeks after sending Richard evidence of work that needed carrying out in my home, I have just received my higher rate SDLT paid back to me (minus their fee of course). Very thrilled. You have nothing to lose.

Dealing with Jamie baker was great. He made the whole process clear and kept me updated throughout the claim which made the whole process stress and hassle free truthfully.

Absolutely disgusting service, Josh swore at me on a phone call when expressed my concerns. Didn’t look after me and left me completely liable for investigation and a find with land tax. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Joe was very responsive on email and clear in his instructions in what was needed for the submission of documents needed for the stamp duty refund. It made the whole process seamless. I got my refund in less than 3 weeks.

Like many of you are ,i was a little sceptical about this but after a lot of research plucked up the courage and spoke to Eve who talked me through the process. Took about 1/2 hour of my time to compile everything they need and they then done the rest absolutely brilliantly and a refund secured,yes they do take a fee like everything in life there is a cost involved but i probably wouldn’t have bothered trying to wade through the red tape so really for me it’s money i wouldn’t have got back so makes it worth every penny.

I was initially sceptical that this was even a thing, been able to claim Stamp duty back. I thought this was some kind of the start of a scam, far from it, I had the money paid into my bank yesterday. I did searches on the company and could not find any negative points so I went ahead with the claim.

Richard Cohen looked after my application and clearly outlined what would be needed (i.e. documentation) and the process.

The process took next to no time. The typical time from providing all documents to an outcome is 6-9 weeks. From when we signed the contract on January 18th it took just 14 days to be told the application was successful.

We then received the refund 3 working days later. A fantastic result.
