My £8k stamp duty refund was confirmed and paid into my account within weeks of my first letter and call from Stamp Duty Relief. They provided a fast and professional service and it's something I didn't know about until I received their letter. I would highkly recommend them to anyone who has bought an uninhabitable property and qualifies for a refund.

Shoddy unsolicited advertising
Your sales letter headed "Re: 194 Middle Lane W10 6HR, purchased for £465,000 on 26/09/2019"
Your sales letter, addessed to me in W10 6HR, does not inspire confidence.
There is no Middle Lane in W10 - so I suspect the other details are spurious too.
Either that, or StampdutyRelief do not deserve their 5-star rating

The address was indeed inaccurate due to a human error that occurred with a recent data set (of which is sourced from publicly available data; the Land Registry), with Microsoft Excel. We have since investigated the matter and resolved at our end, so that it won't happen again.
