I was disappointed that the item came with no instructions on how to use it.
Not very sturdy. Not sure it will work...if I find out how to use it!!!

If I could give a zero star, I would. I wish I would have read the review on it before I bought a product advertised as Organic Castor Oil with a rose quartz roller from a company called stampopular. The product I received is not castor oil but Glycerin & Butylene Glycol with some hydrogenated castor oil, not organic castor oil at all.!!! The bottle has a plastic roller, not a rose quartz roller.!!! Absolutely false advertising. Disgusting product, not what was advertised 🙁and the company is offering a 10% refund, because "you wouldn't want to return the parcel, it would cost too much".

I bought a product advertised on Instagram as Organic Castor Oil with a rose quartz roller from a company called stampopular. The rose quartz rollers I ordered were nothing like what I received. Cheap packaging, and a cheap nasty plastic roller that jams up and hurts. I am very disappoi ted to say the least. What a scamn

If I could give zero (0) stars I could. Ordered item on 2/14 and today is 4/21. Tracking info says “out for delivery” on 4/4 then 4/16 it says “arrived at local delivery point”. A 1/4 of year for delivery is insane. All their email replies say it’s normal and they can’t refund the order. I feel like it’s a scam. 🤔

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased something from this company. I tried to cancel the order within five minutes of the purchase and they told me it had already shipped, which is ridiculous. It has spent nine days in Italy and has just cleared customs. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.Unbelievably dishonest .

This website is a scam. You order one thing and they send you something else that’s much cheaper, then haggle the refund amount. Do not buy anything from them.

Would have scored 0 stars. Years of buying online and these muppets earn the biggest loser prize. Took two contacts to get the product I order delivered. Then the product was wrong. Sent a photo of the box with SKU and QR codes along with a photo of the contents and one of the product ordered. Response was the QR code was for the right product. Hmm. Pointed out the photograph evidence of it not being correct and the possibility the wrong product was packed in the right box. Hmm. After multiple emails and a compensation offer that was 10% of what ai paid, they finally won and I’ve moved on with my life. Well played Stampopular and I’ll treat is as a valuable lesson to better research before I buy.

I am an experienced on line buyer.I use PayPal 4 because I could buy nothing without that method.I recently tried to buy one item from stampopular and,because of a glitch,self imposed,in their payment system,I have ended up buying five and,had I not sought out PayPal to try to complete my purchase,the whole store could have been mine.
I pay in 4 every time and only have one other regret that this has happened....Temu...drained my bank account on my first buy.(order).
I am still purchasing 5items...no one,PayPal included,seems to want to help.Tomorrow I cancel.my card..and oblige.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I bought a size large wrinkle free shirt that showed up wrinkled and poorly made. And it didn’t come CLOSE to fitting. I tried to return it. They offered me $3 on my $34 purchase back. But said that I would have to pay the pricey delivery charges back to the warehouse in China. After several more attempts they are now offering me $7 dollars back - on a product that doesn’t fit! This company is a scam! Avoid!!

I ordered UV-resistant life like artificial flowers after an ad popped up on my Instagram feed. The total was $24.09. On May 8, I received a confirmation email, and tracking updates began claiming the product was shipping from Ireland. I'm now skeptical about that origin due to ongoing delays and vague communication. Shame on me for not noticing the product was coming from out of the US and checking with Amazon first where the same merchandise is available for about the same price with free returns. I have received over a dozen tracking updates, but the package has been stuck at a postal facility in Sonoma, Ca. for weeks according to the tracking. When I asked Stampopular to confirm my order date they responded politely but did not answer my question. Later they claimed the delay was due to the tariffs, a vague excuse provided just 3 days ago by their "communication team". The frequent updates and lack of progress make me question the trackings accuracy. Stampopular customer service was polite but not unhelpful. They ignored my direct questions and sent a 15% off coupon for another order which I wrote them and said I wouldn't consider a new order until I receive the first order. When I called out their lack of response, they offered more apologies without solutions. The generic replies make me suspect their business is all AI generated adding to my frustrations. As of today 6/13/25 I still have not received the product. The stalled shipping, questionable tracking and evasive customer service have inspired me to write the very negative response. The tariff excuse was fake because I had been following their weekly shipping updates showing each arrival postal after leaving Ireland up to arriving in California. I can't believe I fell for this. Oh well only $24.00. I will say I think if I had tried to use American Express since it was coming from an unknown source I would have done a little more research. If in fact they are a real company shipping from Ireland I stand with my experience being very time consuming and negative.

Do not order from this sham company.
They do not stand by their word on the order page, nor shipping page.
My product was supposed to be fulfilled in 3-5 days and delivered within 3 more days. My order ended up taking 35 days to be delivered to me. They rejected every effort to cancel, refund my order, and shipping fees, and would not let me speak to any upper management nor CEO level representative. This is a horrible organization with no apparent idea of customer service and support. And their products are shabby, badly made, cheap products. Nothing will be good for your buying experience!!

They sent the wrong size harness and are making it impossible to return!

Faulty advertising their product. They are doing a Bait and switch type of business. After you are dissatisfied with their product, where they say 100% satisfaction or 100% refund, neither of which is true. Buyers should be warned ⚠️.

Do not order anything from this company. They make it very difficult to return items. I ordered a large cat harness they sent a small. First they offered me $5 refund, I spent over $40 USD, then it went up to $7 then finally $10. After much going back and forth they said the harness only comes in one size and I got the right one. This is BS. Order from Amazon at least they stand by their orders and make it easy to return.
