The customer support team was FABULOUS

The customer support team was FABULOUS! My issue was difficult, Olivia, Chai and James stayed in contact and worked collectively over 12 consecutive hours to be sure I regained access to my account! Each one of them communicated clearly and were so pleasant in our exchanges! One of THE ABSOLUTE BEST online customer service experiences EVER!

I had a really positive experience with Indranil from Stan store

I had a really positive experience with customer support at Stan Store today, especially with Indranil.

As a first-time user, I cashed out and then couldn’t figure out where the money had gone. I’ll be honest, I panicked. It wasn’t clear to me how the payout process worked, so I reached out for help.

Indranil was calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She checked everything for me, explained exactly where the money was in the process, and reassured me that nothing had been lost. She also let me know when to expect it, which immediately put my mind at ease.

That kind of support makes a real difference, especially when you’re new to a platform and unsure how things work.

Overall, Stan Store has been very easy to set up and use, and this experience with customer service has given me a lot of confidence in the future. Thank you, Indranil.

I experienced great customer services with the Stan team. I first started with Charlie > then Nadine > then Sidney and lastly Chai. The transition from one expert to the other was Phenomenal.
