My experience was wonderful

My experience was wonderful! Full details on how to resolve my issue and the quick email response time was top tier!! One tech even included a personalized video to walk me through the steps from within my very own store. This was the best customer service ever that ended … WITH A RESOLUTION!! Quick, smooth support, issue resolved fast

James was honestly amazing. I reached out because I’d accidentally initiated a cash out and was a bit stressed about it, but he handled everything so smoothly from start to finish.
He was really friendly, clear in his communication, and most importantly, got the issue resolved super quickly. You can tell he actually cares about helping rather than just giving a generic response. Everything was sorted way faster than I expected, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend StanStore based on this experience, and a big thank you to James for making it so easy.

The attention I got from just my first…

The attention I got from just my first email, was the best I have received in recent times. Every inquiry was answered specifically and in the end all the reason for reaching Stan was solved. I honestly commend Charlie for all his swift responses and more .. He should be giving every support he needs to do more I think

Please be better.

I just removed a 5 star review from here that I left because your support team was amazing, and attentive.

But it seems your chain of command isn’t great… as that hasn’t been my recent experience.

During the Stan Dare To Post challenge, I had a minor slip-up with time zones and posted 30 minutes late one day (but was still within the pre Daylight Savings time window).

I was assured, and re-assured by support after lots of back and forth that despite this, I’d be eligible for the reward at the end of the Dare To Post Challenge.

Posted for all 30 days, within the time proper time window for 29/30.

Tagging the brand.

Yet it reaches the end of the challenge, and I receive an email saying I’m not eligible.

I appeal…

Another one.

Appeal again…

Another one.

Not good enough Stan.

Don’t lead people on like this. Be better next time, please.

Very patient and dedicated technical support

Arissa and Bradley helped me with a technical glitch to connect my account to Instagram. It was tricky to figure out, but they stuck with me and in the end Arissa was able to figure it out. I so appreciate your patience and dedication. Thank you so much for the great technical support and customer service.

It's a really solid website and a one-stop shop. I would appreciate it if the phone number information would easily integrate with Zapier/Twilio though. It doesn't transfer for some reason.

User-Friendly Storefront for Beginners

I’ve had a positive overall experience using Stan Store to set up my online shop. The platform is very user-friendly and made it easy to get up and running quickly, which is a huge plus for small business owners and creators who want something streamlined.

That said, there are a few limitations—especially on the lower-tier plan. I did find myself needing to upgrade in order to access the features that made the platform fully functional for my business needs.

A couple of specific drawbacks: I wish the favicon could be customized, as having the Stan Store icon remain makes it harder for brand recognition when multiple tabs are open.

Overall, I can absolutely see why Stan Store is so popular—especially for beginners or those looking for a simple, all-in-one solution. It’s a great starting point, with a few areas that could be improved as your business grows.

Elvin,Arissa and Nikki were great. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent problem solving teamwork. Quick to respond to my emails and directing me how to progress through the hold up. They know their sh÷+. They are the first responders of Stan.

Phenomenal for a beginner creator like me 🤗

Stan has been phenomenal in helping me as a creator!!! I absolutely love how simple and seamless it is to use. Whenever I have a concern the team is always ready to help and always polite.

Collecting my funds is easy as Stan handles it all and once my cash out is ready, it gets deposited the same day 9/10 times!!

Customer Service went above and beyond

I was locked out of my account after changing my email address and not being able to get into my old one as the second I contacted support via email, they were AMAZING. I had literally no problems. Arissa C was the first customer support person who helped me and she went above and beyond to ensure she could help me regain access to my account. Ipinmi A was the second customer support person who helped me and made sure that I got in okay. The level of detail and care I received was truly impeccable and I appreciate them.

Stan Store has always been an amazing company and knowing their customer service cares this much is wonderful!

Easy to use

I love using this platform to promote my business. Its easy to use, not expensive and has great templates and color schemes to choose from to make everyones page unique and their own. Its also really easy to set up payment methods so I never have a problem!

Amazing customer service

Stan’s customer service is truly amazing! I had an issue with one of my booking pages, and Dawin and the team were incredibly responsive. Not only did they get back to me quickly, but they also provided multiple possible solutions.

They were able to pinpoint the exact issue and resolve it the same day.

I've been using Stan Store for 4 months…

I've been using Stan Store for 4 months now. It has made sales very easy for me and getting my courses for my customers.
The uploading process for even long and lengthy courses is easy, the design options great. Payment procedure is also spot on.
When I once had a question and wrote to customer support a reply was sent straight away and we solved the issue.
