SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their number was listed under Jefferson Financial LLC , they told me they had to charge $1 to verify my card so I did it. Then they sent me a contract to review and sign which I declined after reading it, what they do is charge you to dispute things on your credit which wasn’t what I wanted to do, I just wanted to pay it in full, so again I declined and signed NOTHING! 4 days later I’m being charged $24.95/mo. I called and told them I never enrolled. The rep said we sent an email with everything I filled out online to start the services (which I never did). I told him I can’t seem to find that email and asked if he could send me another one. He replied “I’m sorry I don’t have access to do that” This is a SCAM company!!!!!

BS Company

BS Company! I called them which but didn’t mean to call. I thought they were Americollect. They never mentioned that they were standard scores, I had to bring up my account because I wanted to pay off and they charged me a dollar. They never said anything about a trial or a $25 reoccurring subscription. Now I was charged $25 and they refuse to give it back. This is how companies like this survive. Make money off of people that don’t know that they are going to be charged.

CCS Credit & Standard Score Texts & Google are Scams!

I got a suspicious text message stating I had a collection bill with another agency name (I can’t remember now and I deleted and blocked the text) with NJEZPass with a link to pay the bill on their website which lists the entire company domain “CCSCredit” so I looked up the CCS Credit on Google. Google said, CCS Credit is a legitimate, long-standing debt collection agency”. So I called their 800 number and the rep (John) said that there have been scams going around using their name but he’d check their systems. He asked for a cc to pay a $1 fee (I should’ve went with my gut that this doesn’t sound right) to confirm my identity. I said I’m not comfortable giving my card number and he said he can put me over to the system that allows me to enter in my card number into the system. So I do it through the automated system and in-between transfers there’s the sound of typical hold music. I’m feeling a little better thinking ok a scammer really doesn’t have the funding to have all of these standard things in place. Afterwards he says my identity has been verified and he doesn’t see anything in their system with my name but goes on to talk to me about what’s in my credit report and my score…I stop him and tell him I have a mtg I have to jump off the call. The next day I get an email stating “Welcome to Standard Score” and I’ll be charged $24.99 for my next bill. I immediately go to my cc website and there’s a charge from Standard Score for $1. Complete scam! I reported my card lost/stolen before the $24.99 hit. Standard Score and CCS Credit companies are scammers and they should get a real job instead of fraudulently taking money from ppl who never signed up for their service. Beware!

Deception by not advising of future charges. …

Deception by telling callers that the call and complaint you’re calling about will cost one dollar. They don’t tell you that they are also signing you up for recurring fees monthly.
Don’t call them. It’s a scam.
Fortunately I got an email that they signed me up for a recurring monthly fee.
I immediately called them to cancel.

Liars

They charge me 2495.And when I called to ask about the charge, they didn't even have a correct email address for how they charged me and they said that they would cancel it.And refund my money , they refund the money to my bank and then withdrew it again. Beware, whoever they have slapping this charge on you. They can't even tell you what third party charged you. Any company that cannot refund your money? It's not a company you want to deal with cause that means they can charge you anytime they want, and then say that they don't do refunds.

They secretly charge your credit card every Month.

I asked if they worked with Experian, and the guy said yes. He said he was going to connect me with Experian, but he needed to charge a dollar to my credit card to do so. I asked him, only a dollar, correct, no other charges, correct! He said yes, only to connect you, but then he started asking questions about my business with Experian and said he was going to help me the same. I said, forget it, you are not Experian. I hung up. Then 3 months later, I found they were charging me 24.99 monthly.

Sent to this company from Experian.

I don't know if this was the company policy or the operator that dealt with on the call. I was referred here when trying to reset my Experian password.
He did not tell me that he wasn't working for Experian, tried to charge me for a "Data Clean-up". Then after telling him I wasn't interested they tried to charge me for the Clean-up and a membership that I never agreed to enroll.

Deceptive practices

Deceptive practices. Charged me $1 to look at my credit. Proceeded to confirm information on my report. Advised me that for $378. I could begin process to get the information corrected; when I declined Terrance Grant told me I could get it started for $99. I declined and he became very pushy. When I told him he was ;pushing he said that he just wanted to protect my credit. ( there was nothing that urgent) , I then told him that I did not want to sign up and that I had to think about it and I would call him back.
After I got off the phone I realized something was off about this. The next day I got an email that said, Thank you for signing up for credit monitoring and I will bek charged a monthly fee of $24.95. I DID NOT AGREE TO A MONTHLY SERVICE OR CHARGE OF 24.95. i Cancelled the credit card used and today will have to fight and waste time trying to cancel. I will be contacting my lawyer.
