cancelled my subscription and they charged me

I cancelled my subscription well before the cut off date and they still charged me. I regret signing up.
They don’t send out emails to say ‘sorry to see you go’, either, so it’s hard to have proof. I do have an email code for the subscription page from the original date, though.

I enjoyed

I enjoyed. Material was great. The beans were amazing. The only issue is that my magazine came with a dent during the shipping. Will most likely subscribe when finance gets better.

Magazine is great, coffee package is not

Issue 30 of the Standart magazine is great - very informative and an enjoyable read.

My criticism is with the coffee package that was shipped along with the magazine, Supremo Coffee. The coffee package says that it was roasted on 04/04/2024 (not a typo on my part - it says 2024, whereas the year is currently 2023). I assume that it was a typo in packaging, and that it was roasted on April 4, 2023 (being more than 1 month before it was shipped to me). This alone would be forgivable, however, my main concern is that there is a lot less coffee in the package than what the package says. As with other Standart coffee samples, it is supposed to contain (approximately) 35 grams of coffee, however, it only has 26.4 grams of coffee. This is a significant departure from what is expected (approximately 25% less). This is a poor indication of the quality control from Supremo Coffee, and that is upsetting.

A interesting magazine for the coffee heads

A interesting magazine with some articles that explore different aspects of coffee and some advertising Specific to the coffee lovers the photography is excellent and the magazine feels well made the only thing that I don't like we're articles with clear focus on what I can only describe as diversity and inclusion were the history of the person was because it was diversity and not because it was a interesting project or product or even a particular interesting attitude to the coffee world but this were far and few articles and if you are looking for a interesting reading about coffee and the culture of it go ahead and buy a subscription

Great mag if you really love coffee

Content and print quality is outstanding, even better than expected. I loved each and everyone of the articles included in the issue and found interesting topics I’ve never thought they existed.

However shipping and tracking was a bit of a struggle. Standart team was really nice about it but still took longer than expected and felt underwhelming.

Good content and illustrations

Good content and illustrations.
Interesting topics around the coffee industry, even for me who's only a coffee drinker.
Also enjoy the occasional article about other stuff than coffee, like natural wines.
