Great experience, delivered when they said they would good contact throughout the order process and great bike.

Part not delivered complete, but according to multiple times emailed but received little response to my request. And received no solution.

Great, super responsive and helpful customer service. They were able to swap the crank length I needed before shipping the bike.

The bike is absolutely gorgeous and rides like a dream. Fast shifting and near perfect setup straight out of the box.

Triebwerk CR frame bought in July ´23, got it delivered six weeks later. Built was pretty straight forward even with a cable DI2 setup and the bike is a dream to ride on. Stiff, yet compliant enough. Solid but not too heavy at slightly over 8kg and a beauty it also is. Highly recommend this frameset to everyone who wants a classic look road bike with state of the art ride & handling quality!

Finished building my new Kreissäge RS and rode for the first time today. Bike feels amazing and I really like the aggressive geometry compared to my last bike. And for sure it looks stunning with all the internal cabling and new Force AXS.

I ordered the frameset with delivery outside the EU using DHL Express, had to wait several weeks for shipment, but it was worth it 100%. Frameset was carefuly packaged in a compact box with the fork and bottom bracket in the separate boxes inside, so everything was intact.

Guys from Standert team were always in touch by email and very responsive. Changed the order details at my request without any problems. Thank you!

Despite the fact that I ordered a complete bike (Pfadfinder), it was no problem to have a different stem length, handlebars, seat post and other things individually adjusted when ordering. Customer support was always polite and courteous. The guys in the showroom are great too.

Purchase was straightforward (I'm in USA) and the frame arrived within the stated shipping window. Packaging was good and product quality is good.

The downside was poor customer support - I inquired twice (before purchase) and never received a reply.

update 08-Sep-2023: Thank you for notifying me that you did try to respond. I haven't marked any Standert emails as spam so that's odd. I'll make sure to include a phone number in future correspondence.

Super friendly and helpful staff, you can really feel that everyone loves bikes and is keen to share their knowledge.

I reported a paint chip upon delivery of the frame and was told that don't worry, it's just cosmetic.

The bike is awesome. The communication towards the customer aka „customer journey“ has room for improvement.
When I ordered the frameset I got the rough estimate delivery date via the website: “shipping from 2 weeks”. After 2 weeks I called Standert and received the answer that it will take another 1-2 weeks. After 4 weeks called them the second time and received the final answer that it will take additional 1-3 weeks. The frameset arrived after 6 weeks.
Hey Standert, keep your customer up2date and provide at least some info to keep us informed.

albeit the delivery time was, as it seems to be quite common these days, more on the longer side of things, the contact at standert has been really supportive and made sure i still got my bike on time
