Unfortunately just three stars since there has been a couple miss communications regarding the real pick up date and I showed up in the showroom 3 times and was sent back since the bike was not ready. I would really like to see some more proactivity from the sales team in store since the finance, logistic team rescued the entire experience.

The superb frame and great customer service, shipping wait time was expected, so I can't be upset at it. The frame shipped earlier than expected, so it all evens out.
My next frame will be a Standert, and my girlfriends frame/bike will be a Standert.

The best sales support on the earth. They are very kind and quick. I had some technical problem at payment. They confirmed my pre-order. I paid at store. They make my delivery faster. I started to use my bike 2 weeks before planned delivery time.

Kreissäge Rim rides like a dream. superb service! waiting time for the complete bike was around 6 weeks (2 weeks faster than expected ;) )

Good customer service and responsive reply, tracking were sent and updated immediately. I had a problem with my handlebar sizing as it is a bit confusing, some manufacturer uses C-C & some Outer-Outer measurement.

A bit of a wait but very much worth it - customer service top notch and the bike is a real headturner!

Awesome customer care and product. Slight delay in production / delivery, but the delay was communicated perfectly + provided with options to switch components to not wait so long etc..

The Kreissage RS itself is splendid, outperformed all my expectations and for me personally it’s even more comfortable than my previous Canyon Ultimate CF SL 8 RSVP, which I wasn’t expecting based on the stiffer frame. Also somehow doesn’t feel heavier (even when it is), probably due to awesome ride feel which compensates the added weight.

All in all, I’m in love with Standert and am already looking out for some gravel model to add to the collection.

Pfadfinder is a true all-arounder! Swift on the tarmac and stable off road with the very same tires (I use 35mm).
And, admit it, Champagne color is just gorgeous!

Purchased the Kreissage this summer and had it shipped from Berlin to Vancouver. The Standert team were outstanding throughout and knowledgeable and accomodating to a couple of specific set-up requests. Bike arrived this week and I could not be more satisfied with the ride, the look and overall quality of the bike. Not enough stars available to express my delight!

Great jersey and love the blue color, but unfortunately after one ride the stitching on the back pocket came unthreaded. Gonna take it to my local tailor to repair it. Standerts customer service was quick and helpful to solve the issue.
