I have frequent work travels due to which arranging home deliveries is very difficult. Konstantins and the Standesk team helped me split the purchased desk into 2 parcels and arranged for the courier to arrive exactly at the right moments. The parcels were packaged very well. My experience with the company and Konstantins in specific ended up being excellent! I can assure that this company at least to my case (which involved shipping constraints and fault in one of the legs) was perfect. Not only they did follow up with the order all the way through, but they were helpful in troubleshooting and prompt in providing solution (in my case replacement). These days, not a lot of companies provide that level of commitment and responses for their products which to me shows their dedication and readiness to stand by whatever they sell and keep their clientele happy.
Should I be given the chance in the future to purchase from them, I would surely do so with no hesitation. Once more thank you.

Exceptionally good experience with these guys. They have many times proven themselves helpful and thoughtful. But the thing that really shined definitely was the will of this one Support employee to go beyond the protocol response.

Let me explain.
I was looking for a specific gaming chair that had very high price on most websites including Amazon. Through a Google search I found out that on this website Standesk they sell it at a really good price. Only thing, is that the chair Is out of stock on their website.
After looking on other websites for hours and hours without any viable results, I tried to contact the Support team on Standesk, where I found the best offer on the internet, asking if they ever plan to restock the item I am interested in. They respond quickly that they have no plans to restock the item, but they would be "very happy to order one just for me". I mean, Who does that??
Anyway, I buy the chair thinking it will take months to arrive at my house since I live in a different European country, but they basically asked their supplier to ship the item directly to my door without it passing through them!
If this was not enough, the support guy I talked to kept contact with me making sure the shipping process was fine (there was an issue with the initial shopping Company)

Anyway, the experience was extremely good, as I mentioned above. Thank you guys!

Absolutely amazing customer support,had a issue with custom fee which wasn’t my fault nor theirs even so they helped me get my package safely,I guarantee you better customer support you won’t find no where else NO WHERE I promise you.
