Quality is good, only issue is the proofing system could be a bit more intuitive and streamlined compared to some other vendors. A visual of the proof with a large APPROVED button would work better. Bob Verbeek

I've been working with StandOut Stickers for a number of years on magnet orders for resale. The service has always been exceptional, no complaints. However, the last order I received wasn't the usual quality I have come to expect -- the printing was streaky, with lines through the grey, which should have been a flat colour. I've included a photo to demonstrate.

Hi Kristin, we take our print quality very seriously so worry not, we'll make this right. It looks like there may have been an issue with the printer at the moment this design was printed. We'll reprint this and any of your affected designs. I will have someone reach out via email to confirm if this was the only one of your designs with defects and we'll get a reprint order in right away.
The entire process from ordering to checkout was seamless. The diecut magnets look amazing!! Thank you!!!

They look great. They are replacing magnets we got from another vendor, and the previous ones were really much stronger than yours. Honestly kind of disappointed. They are adequate for now, but I indeed was going to talk to you about these.

Thank you Spencer, I'm sorry you expected them to be stronger. Unfortunately this is the thickest material we can currently support on our current printers. We hope to branch out and offer a UV printed outdoor magnet product in the future.
