What a lifesaver!
The whole process was very easy. The representative came out right away. I was amazed of how little time it took but how sturdy the stair lift is.
The installer was very nice and made some adjustments for me height once it was installed. He made sure knew all the features before he left.
The stairlift has been a life saver. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and it was getting harder and harder to go up and down the steps.

The process of buying and installing the Stannah Stairlift was pleasant and effortless. I was contacted very quickly after I made an inital inquiry, was able to set up a date a fair amount in the future, and found the Sales Rep, Tony well versed with our particular needs. The installer, James, was knowledgeable and well organized and gave us a good demonstration of the stairlift which has made our lives so much easier. We are very glad we selected Stannah Stairlift.

Just wish that the installer added a few more inches so the chair reached the top of the stairs. At the bottom I can get on and off very easy, but the top is not all the way up, so I have to use my arms and legs to get up and down. Very disappointed! Maybe that’s the design, but if it is someone needs to correct it. I have weak legs, thus the reason for the stair chair.
