Staff are wonderful, Product not so much.
Staff are wonderful. Cost is not, while my insurance may not be the best it is far from the worst. Cost over $400. While Costco is under $100. Got me once. Never again. Also, this is first place that does not check that you can actually see with your new glasses. They just say 2 weeks to adjust to the new prescription. All other places I have been you can see clear before walking out the door.

The 2 women working reception and technician duties were professional and very friendly, and especially helpful. I didnt get their names but they deserve recognition for their overall attitudes at work, it set a great tone.
LUIS, however was the MVP. He delivered a great customer experience, the process was not time consuming or difficult at all, and he didn't waste time over-explaining things when he knew I understood what he was talking about - 11/10, absolutely coming back.

YOUR STAFF CONVENIENTLY FORGOT THAT YOU HAD A 99 dollar special and did not tell me Untill after I had purchased one set of over priced glasses. He did not say anything untill I told him I can find them cheaper at eyebuy direct. Then he went to SUPPOSEDLY talk to his manager and then he told me about the special. I WAS OVER CHARGED 65 DOLLARS FOR ONE PAIR. BAUGHT 2 sets of glasses. Your staff is crooked trying to suck every penny out of customers. That 2 for 79.00 DOES NOT EXIST.
