I called and made an appointment for the same day. Wow, that's awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the process. They walked me through everything. I need glasses for driving and I got an eye exam and single vision glasses #2 pair for $79.99 plus tax. I will tell my family and friends.

I want to start by saying my rating is not reflective of the staff that works in person in this clinic. They were friendly and accommodating to the best of their ability. However the virtual doctor, Michael Insler, is a joke. He made this experience the worst in the 39 years I have been wearing contacts. I wear multi focal lenses, the same prescription for many years. Dr Insler changed my prescription. I told the staff before I left the office they did not work for me. They said try them for a few days and see. See! Haha. My job requires up close vision every day. I could not see up close and told them that. I was required to come for a recheck. I tried telling Dr Insler my concerns and tried to ask questions but he just kept saying to talk to my technician. He was very rude and even raised his voice at one point. He eventually did change my prescription slightly but they still didnt work for me. I asked him to change back to my original prescription, which worked perfectly for me. He eventually did but I ended up having to pay $588 to go back to my original prescription, in addition to over $500 spent on the first visit for contacts and glasses. That in addition to what my insurance paid. I walked in on he first day seeing fine and walked out not being able yo see. It took 4 weeks to resolve this problem, all while wearing the wrong prescription contacts. Never again!! And I will tell anyone who mentions going to Stanton to run, run, run away as fast as they can.

I went there about 2 weeks ago still have t got my eyeglasses I kept getting text their at the store for pick up get there and the lady looking all around for them and then decided to tell me they not coming until the 9 remind you I seen on the doorway same day eyeglasses they told me they take my Medicare card over phone get there and she tells me they don’t accept it but I needed glasses real bad but I can promise you I will never go to this place ever again

I went to this Bossier City store yesterday as a potential new customer with a new eyeglass prescription. There was one other customer there who was viewing the available products. No employee was in sight to welcome customers. After about a minute 2 women came out and one asked what did I want? I informed this person I firstly wanted to know if my insurance was accepted there. I kid you not when I tell you this person had the coldest nonfriendly customer service attitude I ever saw. She looked my insurance company information and informed me BCBS was not accepted there. She did nothing to see if what was the problem. I left there and went to another eyeglass store as a potential new customer. This store was EXTREMELY busy. I was greeted with "Someone will be with you shortly". An employee finally took my information and said the same thing as the one at Stanton but she took the time and extra step to call BCBS to find out the issue. I was indeed a BCBS optical customer and was able to purchase my needed eyewear. This employee was cordial, professional and made suggestions. I will forever go to this store for my eye needs.
