Onsite customer service was excellent, but the Zoom call style eye exam was marginal at best. The new prescription is "iffy," but I don't have time to go back. Maybe my eyes will adjust. Honestly, I'd prefer an onsite optician. It's nice to have a professional double checking and making sure the lenses are still positioned correctly while clicking through the lens sets.

My prescription is not right, when I tried them on in store I mentioned it, the vision is burry still more so on right eye. they had mentioned other things for an excuse and did not offer to have vision checked again . I told them I would try them more, I did, and it is still not right

Staff is so helpful and friendly however very confused on running insurance and dealing with FSA. Spent an hour and a half after asking if they took it picking out glasses and explaining i didnt want the no insurance deal but i needed two pairs of glasses regardless. Got them ready to go then it would not take my FSA card. I was told to call my insurance and ask why which I did just to find out they do not in fact take my insurance that was definitely a disappointing waste of time I ordered glasses online instead for a much better price and took a lot less time. I was also told the first time that I was there that I would get reimbursed for my contacts that I purchased just to find out when I did the reimbursement that they give you credit towards buying more contacts if I already have a years worth of contacts why do I need a reimbursement to buy more contacts?

All was good but wished my glasses fit better. Constantly pushing them up my nose.

I didn’t receive the care I needed because the doctor was virtual. I was sent to a different eye doctor to get cleared to wear contacts, because the stanton optical worker told me I couldn’t get them because my eyes were watery, and the doctor on the virtual call couldn’t do a full evaluation. I was told to use my insurance at the other eye doctor I went to and was charged $80 for a “contact lens fitting” even though I was not fitted for contacts nor did I receive any that day.

Everything went great staff are amazing however it was my first time doing virtual appointment but that even went great thanks to you all. And I got my order earlier than scheduled pretty fast ☺️

Absolutely wonderful staff. They explained everything in great detail. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience and the quality of the glasses I received.

There are several issues that need to be addressed:

- Pricing: I was not charged the sale price that was originally promised.
- Delays and Errors: The initial order took two weeks to arrive, and I had to return a pair because they were incorrect.
- Fitting and Quality: The current pair does not fit properly, and the frames are uneven. Additionally, the lenses are not the same size, and the fitting dots marked during my initial appointment are still visible on the lenses.
- Service: During my pickup, it took nearly an hour to address issues with the frames
