This was honestly one of the best optometrist experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made everything feel easy and comfortable right away.
Terra, the optometrist, was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything during the eye exam. I never felt rushed, and she made the whole appointment feel relaxed and positive. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides.
I was also blown away by the price — **$79 for an eye exam and two frames** is an absolutely incredible deal. Finding this level of care, kindness, and professionalism at that price point is rare.
If you're looking for an optometrist with amazing service, a comfortable environment, and genuinely great pricing, I highly recommend this place. I’m so glad I found them and will definitely be coming back!

My experience at this location was unpleasant
My experience at this location was unprofessional and uncomfortable, the amount of times I had to go back and forth to get my glasses corrected was unacceptable. The part that got me was one of the associates, who was said to be new and how she handled things. She was sarcastic, an indirectly handled me,my prescription and glasses rudely. She bent my glasses every which way but the correct way, when they needed to be adjusted to fit my face. I was also in the process of traveling to another state, I took my glasses to that Stanton Optical and they are now properly done. No issues or complaints with that location, or the location in Gresham, Oregon. I would like to thank the staff at the Happy Valley location, who did step in and try to correct the issue, that’s why I have 2 stars. However, I will not be returning to Happy Valley and would not recommend that location to no one. I forgot the staff name who was assisting me, that was indirectly causing me issues with my glasses( shame on you). We are here to help people, not be passive aggressive or indirectly causing problems for others. Nevertheless it all worked out.

A wonderful experience
A wonderful experience. I needed to get my driver’s license renewed ASAP; I went in but failed the vision test. Stanton Optical got me in immediately; they did need to refer me to the staff optometrist who saw me a few days later. I left with new prescriptive lenses within 30 minutes! The staff were so pleasant and professional as was the very kind doctor. I was so very pleased at my experience at Stanton, and would recommend them highly.
