My experience
One of the workers that checks the patients in for their eye exam, was not patient when there was an issue with my insurance. She was visibly frustrated and dismissive. This made me very uncomfortable and because of this, I will not be a returning customer. The optical technician that performed my eye tests was professional and friendly.

Customer service was good but they are…
Customer service was good but they are very expensive. They didn’t tell me about the dry eyes treatment money without consulting added in to the bill and their doctor was online. No branded frames still had to pay 700ish thankfully my insurance covered a lot.

They cannot get my prescription right…
They cannot get my prescription right and then they kept trying to give me my prescription from the very first day that they had my prescription all wrong and I have not received my prescription yet. They were gonna email me the prescription and have yet to do so

My glasses are not the right…
My glasses are not the right prescription, nor did I get the advertised deal. Free eye exam with two pairs of glasses at 79 frames. They made my glasses at a negative-350 when I’m -250, I spent 556$ on two pairs of glasses that I can’t wear! I am to nervous to go back and have them fix it, so I ordered another eye exam with a different facilitie.

I have a ommatophobia
I have a ommatophobia, fear of things getting near or in the eye, which always makes going to an eye doctor difficult. The lady who administered the pre-test was not only patient, but was able to help calm my panicked state and helped me get through it. Even after I finished I was in tears and she comforted me, making me feel less embarrassed as a grown man crying at the doctor's office.
I will never go anywhere else for my eye care needs after this visit. The staff were the most friendly and professional people I have met in this type of setting. Thank you so much to all the staff at Stanton Optical for helping me through this and getting me the glasses I needed.
Also, they take care of filing paperwork with the DMV and email the code needed to renew my driver's license so I don't have to go to the DMV now! How great is that?! Thanks, Stanton Optical.
