Great store
I love Stanton Optical! They had amazing customer service and amazing glasses to choose from! The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I wish they can bypass the "Puff" machine to still get their prescription if a customer declines the test. Some people like myself have bad PTSD and couldn't withstand the trauma. I kept my old prescription and got new glasses without a new prescription. I have been to many stores who have bypassed the test if customer declined and this location didnt but overall great store.

This was a wonderful staff that works here. They were very helpful and I was contacted in a very fair time by them. They also helped me to make sure they fit correctly before I left and said if I needed anything else to stop by and they would help me. Highly suggest the Two Notch staff to all. Great service.

Staff was wonderful. Service not so much
Staff was wonderful! Ordered both glasses and sunglasses. Both were to be delivered by May 29 2026. Only sunglasses were in. Went to get them and there is absolutely no tint in them. So now they have to be remade and I’m still waiting now again for another 2 weeks. And who knows when my glasses will be in. Very disappointed in the service

Mediocre customer service at best. Eye exam, glasses were paid for and provided. The glasses arrived but did not fit the same as the pair I tried on and picked out. I would not have picked out glasses that fell off my face. 3 stars because they had available appointments, affordable eye exam and provided a pair of glasses after exchanging several hundred dollars. Since they provided a service for a fee and were convenient, I gave three stars but in store customer service was a 1..maybe a 2.

The frames are too small and the lens are completely wrong. I told the person that gave them to me and was told to give them a day or so for my eyes to adjust to them. They hurt my head and I cannot see anything clearly.
