Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I was supposed to get two pairs of Glasses. I placed two frames in the box when looking, the gentleman who did the totals was the person who informed me of the 2 pair option, but when I get there it’s only one pair. I was frustrated because what is wrong with customer service folks today? Even the woman who was giving me the one pair rudely asked me to wait and made a phone call while I’m at the counter because she gave the wrong pair of glasses to the wrong person. Why should I have to wait? I’m the customer at your counter, she couldn’t wait until she was finished with me? And then had the nerve to offer 60% off the second pair when I was supposed to get it in the first place!! I feel like it’s a scam! Terrible experience. I took my eyeglass prescription and went elsewhere for the second pair. Won’t be back, won’t recommend

My daughter is 5 yrs old, and she is over the moon about her new glasses. She was able to choose them herself, and fhe customer service people there are fantastic.

Well worth the wait
Even though I had to wait two weeks to get my glasses the wait was well worth it. I can see perfectly now and I'm so appreciative.
