In my recent three visits to your…

In my recent three visits to your establishment, the service quality has significantly deteriorated. Despite arriving 35 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, I was not seen for over an hour after the appointment time. The customer service provided in-store was subpar, and the selection of glasses was limited.
Upon placing an order, I was informed that one of my pairs would take 3 to 4 days to arrive due to a shortage of lenses in stock. However, the actual delivery time was 13 days, and I received no updates regarding the status of my glasses. Consequently, I had to visit the store three separate times to inquire about the progress of my order.
Recently, when I accompanied my brother to your store, his appointment took an excessive six hours.

I had an appointment at 10am drove 2hrs…

I had an appointment at 10am drove 2hrs to corpus christi when I got there at 9;15am they told me to come back the next day because the doctor wasn't available for the day, the only reason I was there was becouse the glasses they bought from them i can't see out of them

I will never go back

I will never go back , I'm upset at my for going back. Wasting more then just time ,
Zero to none communication about anything from the process to the cells to what I was being taxed on from the eye exam to the upsell that's all I heard about but I didn't hear what else did you carry and how did you carry it what was the process Knowing I went there before about 4 years ago thinking the process got better I gave you a second chance and obviously that came on the short end of my end because I left out walking out duped as in I spent almost $600 for absolutely nothing but a prescription and exam and to be told that my glasses won't be done or in into two weeks so but she was more than sure to sell me another pair even though I told her all I wanted was a single pair with a just an exam and if I needed a pair cool and if I didn't eat the pair amazing for the price that I was paying you would think I saw an ophthalmologist and I had eye surgery at this facility but since it was just literally an exam and a pair of glasses mind you I told the woman I just needed a prescription I did not need lenses or glasses but she said they were free I didn't see anything free I still end up paying for them so definitely some false advertisement or she definitely didn't clear that up for me All I heard was she was trying to make that sale I would never waste my time I would definitely never tell anybody to go there I would definitely tell people to not waste their time or their money and I paid out a pocket didn't use any insurance so to think that I thought I was so do you say going to leave out a happy camper definitely disappointed Debbie here.

While the price is the best

While the price is the best, the service not so much. The wait time was almost an hour. The tech that handles the pre-test also handles other duties that clearly stress her out. Once the eye exam began, the Dr. had to call her into the room and I could see her frustration, the eye device was not in the proper position but I didnt say anything and he would have to call her in for a 3rd time. Upon collecting my glasses, the tech did not have any interest in answering my questions, so I took my glasses and left.

Everything.staff is not friendly or…

Everything.staff is not friendly or welcoming. Never seen a doctor . What was covered by my insurance was not reviewed so I had to pay more .Both me and my husband had the same experience. And when it came to picking my glasses I had no assistance to know what worked best and my insurance again was not checked to see what was best for me . when my glasses were ready I was just given the glasses and not checked if they needed to be adjusted.

Staff was helpful.

The Doctor was very nice and thorough for my exam. The staff was helpful with selecting frames and lens options. They had lots of frame choices. I would recommend Stanton for your eye glasses needs.

Super slow...

Super slow.... I am still waiting for my glasses. The automated service stated it would be ready and delivered by April 16th. However once speaking to an actual person I was informed most likely they will arrive by Friday April 24. My appointment was on April 1st. I understand that I made a change the day after placing the order, which is understandable. The first date quoted was the 8th. April 16th made sense since I did make a change. But seriously this is the slowest service and there is really nothing special about the glasses. There is no extras that would create such a delay. This review is not based on any person. The people that work there are just fine.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Which were ready at 2 different times. I was called for one pair almost 3 weeks later then the second pair I never got call to go pickup. I waited another 3 weeks and still didn’t get a call. So I called them and they said they’ve been ready. Which I never knew about. So sad I had to wait over a month.
