Bait & Switch
Bait & Switch - 2 for $79 never mentioned. Things were added to my glasses that I did not request and was not informed of. Overcharged - many emails to corporate get passed to local branch. Waiting for over 2 weeks for a resolution. I spent almost $400 for eye exam/contact lenses exam and ONE pair of glasses. NEVER AGAIN
***The response saying they've escalated the claim is also a bunch of BS. It had already been escalated and after several emails explaining I could not be reached by phone between the hours of 8-4:30 I still continued to receive phone calls asking me to call back.
Resolve the situation, refund the money you basically stole from me and don't use the same canned answers you leave on all of the negative reviews.
I still have not heard back from them

I do have to mention, that I was shocked and disappointed in the "lay off" of Ateeb, the previous manager at that store, who provided me with exceptional customer care and service, with the purchase of my glasses. He was my "go to" guy for all my vision needs, until his lay off.....

Horrible, insulting staff.
Horrible. Waste of time. Flippant, unhelpful staff. I waited 3 weeks for my glasses, half my order wasn’t ready then I was made to feel bad about my prescription saying that my “lenses were too thick” as the reason they needed even more time to finish the order and why they couldn’t adjust my glasses properly. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years. I’ve had every frame known to man and have never heard of frames that can’t be adjusted because of lens thickness…that’s like the entire purpose of the frame!

You need management on property. Lack of professionalism and products without,visible prices . All products without visible pricing, conveniently the highest products in the store. My prescription was for basic prescription. No progressive or bifocal. Still got my prescription wrong. No one offered too fit my glasses.

And last but not least the glasses don’t sit right on my face they didn’t have a good selection Either to choose from.
