Made the appointment on the belief that I was being charged $79 for two pairs of glasses only to be told that it was going to cost me $191 for just one pair. I feel like I was misled by the advertisement and I will not be back

Honestly love this location ! The staff are the reason ! As soon as you walk in your welcomed with such warmth and happiness! It’s great to see it and feel it… They definitely make the experience pleasurable.

Without my consent they added a frame club charge to my bill payment in the amount of $49.00, No one told me about this charge at the time of purchase, nor was I given the option to take it or not. . I called the store and spoke to the manager Michael Clifford and he insisted that everyone has to pay that charge. I called the customer service line and they got in touch with the manager who told them that he would credit my account the charge and that he would contact me directly to let me know when this would be done. So far I have not heard from him or have seen a credit on my charge card.

The Speed, The Service, it was a wonderful experince and I'd definetly recommend checking them out. They all have such a great energy too. It was fun!

All the staff was very helpful, professional, and informative. They may the experience easy and affordable. In fact, they went out of their way to offer me discount discounts so we could get to the price I needed to be at. I highly recommend this facility.

I love going here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful without the pushiness that you feel in other offices. They are amazing to work with!!

Alex was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. When I can back to pick up my new glasses he and his manager Mike took great care of me and made sure my glasses were perfect. Can’t wait to go back in August!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Deerfield Beach location (3321 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442).

My mother purchased a pair of eyeglasses from your store, and unfortunately, the frame was not to her liking—the size appeared wider than expected. When we returned to address this concern, we expected a straightforward resolution—either an exchange or a refund—especially considering your stated 30-day return and exchange policy for frames.

However, we were met with resistance. The store manager, Mike, was not willing to assist in resolving the issue and instead appeared more focused on encouraging us to purchase an additional pair of glasses. This approach felt dismissive of our concern and did not reflect a customer-first attitude. The situation became uncomfortable and frustrating, particularly as we were simply seeking a fair resolution.

As a result of this experience, my mother and I have decided to take our business elsewhere to purchase her eyeglasses. It is disappointing that what should have been a simple exchange turned into such a negative experience.

I hope this matter is taken seriously, as customers should feel supported and treated fairly. At this time, I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be addressed.

The front desk guy and office manager were great, good explanation of the process and product choices. Will come back, my glasses needs are yours!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable , and patient. Michael Clifford was exceptional. I had a problem adjusting to my new prescription . He knew exactly what the adjustment needed to be and went out of his way to correct the problem. It’s obvious he loves his profession. I feel I made a friend too.

The facility was clean.
A bit expensive. I didn't do the 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam deal. They had a big selection but I don't ware plastic frames. Overall good experience.

From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile. The staff were professional and friendly. The process was smooth and very easy. The eye exam was a breeze. They know what they're doing and they do an amazing job.
