Staff members are sweet
Staff members are sweet. However, the products and quality is subpar. Also it takes over 2 weeks to receive glasses and I’m still waiting. The ones I received were made poorly.

I spent two and a half weeks trying to reach this store by phone as well as customer service trying to reach this store by phone with no return phone calls after leaving messages about my glasses being the wrong prescription strength. Finally after three times contacting customer service they issued me a refund for my glasses.

I was very disappointed in the whole experience here. There was no doctor and we weren’t told that upfront. We waited over an hour past my appointment time because there were only two techs available. Same day glasses as advertised is a joke. They can’t do that either with just two techs available. I was very dissatisfied with this whole experience.

Terrible experience
I made an appointment with Stanton and went to my appointment. I wasn't comfortable with the exam, because it felt like I was being rushed. I was told I would be notified when my glasses were available. I drove to Stanton in Dothan, I live in Enterprise. Tried my glasses on and my vision was blurry. I told the tech that my vision was blurry with the glasses. She bends the glasses handles, so the glasses fit so tight on my face, my eyelashes was touching the lens. I told her that was so uncomfortable and I'm not wearing my glasses on my face like that. She tells me that's how I'm supposed to wear them. I told her not me. I wear my glasses the way I want and where it's comfortable. So they decide to send them back and add .25 to the glasses. Got a noticed they were ready again. My 3rd trip back to Dothan. Glasses still blurry. I told the tech I wasn't satisfied. I guess she got frustrated and she offered me a refund for the glasses and not the eye exam. I want a full refund because I'm going to have to pay a real eye doctor for a real exam. Plus,I drove to Dothan 3 times and still didn't get any glasses. I never had any issues at an eye doctor. My eye exam and the prescription I need are perfect. Stanton will never see me again. Now, I see why they have lots of bad reviews.

The customer service was out of this world!!! The staff was knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my eyesight. I explained my opinions and prices on my eyewear therefore there was no shock factor when it came to to pay.
