This was the first time I have ever needed an eye exam in probably 20 years, I went in pretty lost. The actual technician giving the tests was very helpful and knowledgeable. But when actually picking the glasses the salesman was not very helpful at all. Maybe he was just too busy but I felt very lost picking frames and would have preferred someone to help guide me especially if I’m paying $500 for 1. But overall I took my time and found something I like even though I had no ideal what to look for, i thought of it like looking for sunglasses.

I got there before my appointment and they immediately walked me to the waiting area. It took me longer to choose my glasses than the actual exams. I liked that I didn't have to wait until my appointment time to be seen. I hope they keep the same quality of work throughout the years.

Customer service was extremely friendly and the service was so fast! I went in with an appointment I made online, but walk-ins are always welcomed. All the deals they have are amazing.
