I bought 3 pairs of glasses
I bought 3 pairs of glasses; 2 were delivered quickly. I had problems with my third pair, the sunglasses; it took almost a month and a half to arrive. They said they would call, but they didn't, so I decided to go to the store to pick them up. They were ready, but they never called me. I am very disappointed with their communication service.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!
Gave them 2 choices for vision insurance. Said one was better than the other, so I chose that one. Did the exam and went to pick glasses, it cost over $300 because my insuance apparently didn't cover anything. Glasses came in wrong, they had to resend it out and promised it would be expedited. Didn't hear anything for 2 more weeks. Called and they said oh yeah the lenses came back broke and we had to send it out again. Fed up I asked for a refund. Couldn't give me a full refund because of the eye exam being a service then tried to convince me not to take the "full refund" because the insurance might hold it for 6 months. Worst experience I ever had at any place, ever. All 5 family members wear glasses and never had this experience anywhere. I'll tell everyone never to go here.

Very friendly staff and promptness on getting glasses ready and fit. Would rather not see everyone eating lunch out in main area and chewing food while asking what we are looking for. Maybe be a little more professional on that end.

Don’t like to be lied to!
The paperwork that was to be faxed to setup my point appointment for cataract surgery was not sent. I was told it was but my friend works in the Doctors office and it was not received. I had to call back to have it sent again or for the actual first time. I had to give them the fax number. He acted like he never had it!

Disappointed
Was told they could put my prescription lenses in the glasses I already have (readers). After 3 attempts, was told couldn’t be done. Bad communication between lab and store. Took 2 months to get my glasses. I ended up not having to pay for frames because of the trouble. But was frustrating. Plus, for some reason they could not get through by calling me…but could’ve emailed.

The staff was amazing
The staff was amazing! The exam was quick, and when it was time to pick out my frames, the staff was attentive and so helpful in picking out something that looked nice on me! All of them were so helpful. It made me feel like I didn’t want to leave. It took me almost 2 hours just to pick out the frames that I needed not because of the staff, but because I was indecisive and it didn’t feel like anybody was pushy to get me out. They continue to be attentive the entire two hours. I can’t express how much fun I had! Just amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else again and let me add that I got five pairs of glasses and still did not pay as much as I paid for one pair of glasses at my own eye doctor!! I also did not realize, but for my glasses with standard lenses and polycarbonate lenses I walked out with that day. They cut the lenses in office and put my glasses together so I got to rock my new frames same day!!!! if I could give them 100 stars I definitely would☺️
