15 minutes to grab an order of contacts
The first time I went here for exam and glasses fitting, the service was excellent and I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the service I received on my second visit. When I came to pick up my contacts on my second visit, the first employee I talked to as soon as I came in knew I was there just to pick up contacts, but directed me to sit in the waiting area, where I sat for 15 minutes. Finally, a different employee asked me what I was there for, and I said all I needed to do was pick up contacts; it took her all of 10 seconds to get them, imagine that. But then I went to get them from her at the side of a service counter, but she insisted I get them from her at the front of the service counter, which I thought was petty and pointless, but I didn't argue, as I knew I would simply write about it in a review later.

staff was rude
Liked most of the the staff at this store but this time it was a little different. She said but the doctor did not write the prescription for the color contacts, and the lady was pretty rude when I went to order them. She was knew, I did not recognize her and she said she will do me a favor and order them for me. I told her I could easily order them on line, but I have had no problems in the past so I like stopping by and ordering them from the store. She just was rude.
