ads says same day glasses. ads say two pair for 79.00. My glasses took two weeks and cost over $ 700.00 and do not work. And I have to wear my old glasses to read the fine print required for my job.

We were not told that they don’t accept insurance. A visit that should have cost me $35 ended up costing $250!

Great customer service very helpful
Great customer service! Very polite and helpful.. I was upset I came in with 2 broken glasses from my dogs chewing them up. I was helped very well. The two ladies helped me replace my glasses. I was able to walk out with 2 pairs of glasses on the spot and I have to pick up another pair in 2 weeks. I am happy I walked in with 2 pairs and leaving with 3 😁. I was happy with the price as well:)

My wife went for her eye exam and was helped promptly and courteously. She was allowed plenty of time to pick out her frames with a large selection. After making her final selection she was advised on a variety of coatings and options. A week or so later her glasses came in and we went to get them. They fit great and she looks beautiful in them!
